How does Verified Carrier verify carriers?

How long does it take for a carrier to get verified?
- The application takes approximately 15-20 minutes.
- The verification process typically takes 1-2 business days, depending on the completeness of the submitted documentation and depending on the speed of the response from insurance company.
What happens if a carrier fails verification?
If a carrier does not meet our verification standards, they will be notified of the reasons for failure and given a chance to resolve any issues. If the carrier is unable to meet the standards, they will be marked ‘Failed’ and the broker will be notified of their status.
What if my existing carriers aren’t verified yet?
You can use our Phased Mandate strategy, which allows you to introduce verifications gradually. Existing carriers can be onboarded over time with a hard deadline set for all to become verified.
How can I monitor which carriers are verified?
