The Process
How Verified Pickup Works
1. Carrier Verification
In order to use Verified Pickup, carriers must be verified before they can invite their drivers.
2. Driver Verification
Drivers go through their own verification, including ID, facial recognition scans, and required compliance documents.
3. Driver Arrives At Pickup
Only verified drivers will arrive at pickup ready for the check-in process.
4. Shipper Verifies The Driver
Once the driver arrives, the shipper confirms their identity and documentation using the shipper app by scanning the drivers ID and confirming everything matches.
5. Shipper Verifies Equipment
Once the driver is confirmed, the shipper confirms the equipment is tied to that carrier and driver by scanning the license plate.
6. Pickup Is Confirmed
Once the driver and equipment are confirmed, the app displays key details such as PO, BOL, and other documents confirming the correct carrier and driver are picking up the load.
